Shipping to Europe
The Canary islands are situated in the Atlantic ocean close to the northwest coast of Africa, approximately 1.350 km from the Iberian
Peninsula.
Throughout the season, from October-May, three cargo ships per week transport
our tomatoes to Europe.
The journey to the port of Southampton in the UK takes four days, the ship then
continues on to Rotterdam in the Netherlands to complete the delivery a day
later.
